Leo celebrity: Susan Olsen; Birthday: August 14; Leos are known to be self-confident and magnetic and these are two qualities that are much in evidence when Susan Olsen steps in front of the camera on the Brady Bunch Variety Hour. A show business veteran since the age of three, Susan shows typical Leo ambitiousness in wanting to continue her career, Leos love being in the limelight. Susan gets along well with her TV family and they all adore her for her cheery and forgiving Leo nature. Rehearsing long hours can lead to strain but good-humored Susan always has a joke or a nice remark or two to ease the tension. Up to now, Susan's been too young to date but her 16th birthday might be just the one to bring her romance! It will certainly be a great year for her!

BRADYS- Court Case! Two of your fav Brady guys - Barry Williams and Chris Knight - had been spending the last couple of weeks in a very unfamiliar environment- the Santa Monica Superior Courthhouse! Seems our boys Barry & Chris felt they'd been done wrong- and took their complaint straight to court! What happened? Well, the boys had been doing "voice overs" on the ABC-TV cartoon show The Brady Kids (they actually recorded the speaking parts), but because their contracts to do this work had not been approved- they weren't getting paid anything at all- even though the show was already on the air! Barry & Chris felt this was grossly unfair and sought and injunction against ABC-TV to take the show off the air! Unfortunately, the judge didn't see it their way- and Barry & Chris lost their case. But the judge did rule that the boys must be paid immediately! "Oh well," said Chris after it was all over, "at least they know not to try and take advantage of us anymore!"

Dear Nancy, I really like The Brady Bunch Hour. I think it's great all the way through. I was wondering have any of the kids ever dated each other? I'd especially like to know about Mike and Susan. Barb, Rockwell, Iowa. Dear Barb, What a good question! I'll bet lotsa Brady fans have been wondering about that too. The answer strangely enough is "no". Basically, they are all very different types and feel they socialize enough on the set (and have for years!). They like to leave their time-off for non-show-business friends. Here's a shot of the whole Brady clan.
